A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Kentucky, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrant must be the homeowner of the property entered. Renters may enter only with verifiable written approval from the property owner prior to installation.

Eligible properties must:

Be residential dwellings (no commercial properties)

Be located within Sponsor’s active service area

Have a functioning exterior electrical outlet (garage outlet permitted)

Meet reasonable structural and safety standards as determined by Sponsor

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends September 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter by scanning the official QR code displayed at participating local businesses and submitting the online entry form.

Limit: One (1) entry per household/address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

6. Prize Description

Five (5) winners will each receive:

Up to 200 linear feet of professional Christmas light installation.

Total promotional value across all winners: $10,000.

Each prize includes:

Materials

Professional installation

Removal after the season

Prize does NOT include:

Storage after removal

Electrical upgrades

Structural modifications

If a winner’s desired installation exceeds 200 linear feet, the winner may pay the difference at standard rates.

Sponsor will determine installation layout, materials, and feasibility at its sole discretion.

No cash alternative will be provided.

7. Approximate Retail Value

Each prize has an approximate retail value of up to $2,000.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor during the first week of October 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via phone and/or email.

If a selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Winner must reside at the entered address at time of installation.

9. Installation Conditions

Installation will be scheduled in October 2026 based on availability and operational scheduling.

Winners must:

Sign Sponsor’s standard service agreement prior to installation

Confirm electrical access

Allow roof and property access as needed

Permit photography and video documentation of installation

Sponsor reserves the right to decline or modify installation if the structure presents safety risks or is otherwise unsuitable.

10. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city of residence, property images, video footage, and testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

Technical failures

Unauthorized human intervention

Force majeure events

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.

12. General Conditions

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sponsor reserves sole discretion in interpreting and enforcing these Official Rules.
