Lights Won't Come On?

While issues are rare, outdoor lighting systems can occasionally be affected by storms, weather, or loose connections. Even with careful installation and secure connections, environmental factors can cause disruptions. Our troubleshooting guide helps you quickly identify and resolve common issues to keep your display shining bright.

Solutions!

If all lights are out on the property

1. Check the Outlet/Power Source

- If this is a GFCI Outlet, Reset it

-Check For any flipped Breakers

-Insure all plugs are tight

If only a section is out

All light strands connect back along our green slick wire to the nearest power source. Follow the wire path from the section that is not working back to the closest connection point or outlet to check for any loose or disconnected plugs.
