The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and executing operations within a defined region during our peak season, with limited but ongoing responsibilities throughout the off-season. This role requires a high level of ownership, decision-making, and commitment during the active season, and is best suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
During peak operations, the Regional Manager acts as the primary point of leadership between ownership, crews, and customers—ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, quality standards are upheld, and issues are handled proactively. Outside of the active season, the role shifts to planning, coordination, and preparation to set the region up for success in the following year.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning day-to-day operations within your assigned region during peak season
- Completing Installs with or without the help of installers. You have the flexibility to decide.
- Ensuring job quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
- Making real-time decisions to keep operations moving smoothly
- Communicating updates, challenges, and results to ownership
- Addressing issues quickly before they escalate
- Maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction across all jobs
- Contributing to off-season planning, feedback, and process improvement
- Supporting seasonal preparation, training, or coordination as needed
Seasonal Commitment & Expectations
This role requires approximately three months of full-time, high-intensity focus during the active season. During this period, the business takes priority. long days, rapid decision-making, and limited flexibility should be expected.
Outside of the peak season, responsibilities are reduced but not eliminated. Regional Managers are expected to remain engaged through light oversight, planning, communication, and preparation work throughout the year.
This is not a passive or part-time role during peak operations.

This is a 100% commission-based, remote sales role. You are responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities. If you require guaranteed pay or are uncomfortable with performance-based compensation, this position is not a fit.
Role Overview
The Remote Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing new business through outbound and inbound sales efforts. This role is 100% commission-based and can be performed from anywhere in the Country. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, self-discipline, and a willingness to take full ownership of income and results.
While some qualified leads may be provided, Remote Sales Representatives are expected to actively generate their own opportunities through outreach, follow-up, and relationship building. This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who want unlimited upside and are comfortable betting on their ability to sell.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Generating new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and follow-up
Managing inbound leads provided in certain regions when available
Qualifying prospects and guiding them through the sales process
Clearly communicating the value of our services to business owners
Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
Managing your own pipeline, follow-ups, and activity
Maintaining accurate communication and status updates
Closing deals and owning your results from start to finish
Seasonal Commitment & Expectations
This is a seasonal, performance-driven role with defined periods of higher intensity. During the active season, team members are expected to prioritize the business, maintain consistent availability, and operate with urgency and accountability. While schedules remain flexible, success during peak periods requires focus, responsiveness, and a willingness to put the work first. Outside of the active season, expectations are reduced, but continued engagement and follow-through are still required to support long-term results.
